The rooms are clean and modern and the executive lounge is nice. However, the food is severely lacking. I had breakfast in the lounge in my first day and I was excited for what appeared like a local breakfast. There was a nice looking chicken dish but the chicken was tough. There was eggs but they were cold. The empanadas were stone cold and tough. The next morning I had breakfast at the restaurant. It was a larger selection. However, once again everything in the warming trays was basically cold. The empanadas were still tough. I had dinner at the lobster and steak restaurant. The food there was good but the service was lacking. The restaurant was mostly empty but it was hard to get the attention of a server. I ordered an appetizer that never came but it was still on my bill. Yes, they did take it off when I asked. Twice I went to the cafe to watch the football game and it was once again nearly impossible to get service. It’s a clean hotel with a nice executive lounge. But for a JW Marriott it’s highly disappointing.
