The staff were warm and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with any questions. Any requests I made were promptly attended to. Clean, comfortable, peaceful and great facilities - car parking with validation not too far away and overall there is nothing I would change. Katriana was super memorable - thanks for everything.
We stayed for a week. The reassuring thing about Premier Inns is that you know you’re going to have an excellent room and bed. Good staff service isn’t always guaranteed but in this case, it was welcoming and friendly. One particular feature I loved was the pitcher of fresh cold water that was available at reception. It avoided me having to buy bottled water and saved on plastic. I am completely against plastic use so this is great. More hotels should offer this. The only thing that I would like improved is the room cleaning service in between check in and check out. It wasn’t as thorough as I would have liked. Other than that, excellent.
