The hotel itself was okay, but the service was disappointing. I understand and respect the non-refundable policy, but the front desk was extremely slow to respond. We contacted them on check-in day about a cancellation issue, and they only replied the next afternoon. More importantly, they completely refused to communicate or discuss any possible solution, which was very frustrating. I accept the policy, but the slow response and unwillingness to even have a conversation made the experience much worse.
