This was the absolute worse hospitality experience I’ve ever experienced or even heard of someone else experiencing. The staff was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, he asked how much I paid, then said since I booked through a 3rd party he wasn’t going to give me a room, even though moments before he told me he had rooms ready. The lack of professionalism, and respect for a prepaid and confirmed booking.com reservation, change my view of the establishment and booking.com as a whole.
Location was nice
