good
You can see a lot of money was spent building this resort but it has not been maintained. We were told now locally run. The property is very run down. The room we eventually checked in to was a joke. No power, power points hanging off the wall. The staff didn't seem to think it was a problem. We asked countless times when power would be restored to no avail. Eventually a staff member 'upgraded' us to a room with power and ensuite. Pool not maintained. Beautiful gardens and landscaping badly needing some love and attention. Large menu on wall but only 5 options for dinner. Very slow service. Property lacks management. Appeared to be only one staff member who knew what they were doing. We would not recommend.
