Was given a non smoking room and upon walking in it reeked of cigarettes, to the point where we couldn’t handle staying in the room even with the door fully open. Was given a second room by the front desk, walked in and the room was filled with the smell of cat urine that stuck to our clothes. The comforter on the bed had black marks along with burn holes on the actual bedsheets. Floor was unclean and there were boogers all over the walls? Absolutely disgusting stay and when I had asked for a refund on my booking they refused to give me any compensation or even contact with the manager. 0/10 stay I would recommend paying the extra $20 to not stay in a filthy room.
