It was dirty and smell so much like cigarettes. I had my kids with me and definitely did not feel save or comfortable staying there . The reception didn't had another room to change me . Horrible experience. I drove 2hrs back home instead
First night, water came pouring from the roof and totally destroyed my $2k laptop. Then in the morning hours, we had to move to a nother room. Room was disgustingly dirty and smelled like smoke. No warm water. This was an absolute disaster. And into of everything, with the checkout my one bag got stolen under cameras. The bag had all our legal documents in: passports, ssn ,banking details, everything. Worst time of my life.
