I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked two rooms on Monday, August 10, for my arrival on August 13. We even called ahead and were told that we could pre-book the rooms, which we did. After a 5-hour drive, I arrived only to be told that they were completely sold out and there were no rooms available for us. They offered no real solution or help, even though we had booked ahead and confirmed over the phone. I immediately asked for a refund, and even that became an argument. Thankfully, I was eventually able to get my money back, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating and stressful after such a long drive. Overall, very poor hospitality and customer service.
First...young lady at the front desk was amazing! So nice and helpful. Made check-in a breeze. Parking right in front of our room for free. Room had AC, a fridge and microwave. Price was fair. I give it a 4 overall as I'm reviewing at the level of hotel that this is. Problems with the room - biggest was it had 1 plug socket available behind the TV for the whole room to use - phones, laptops, etc and none near the beds. That was a problem, especially nowadays with all the tech. The TV only worked manually and you needed to figure that out. Light between the beds was broken...button pushed in to nowhere. All that being said, we booked it moments before needing it so that was a bonus.
