I will never stay at any hotel of this chain again due to their poor attitude toward guests’ belongings and their terrible customer support. I left behind an expensive piece of clothing at the hotel — when I got home (a 2-hour train ride away), I went through all my luggage and couldn’t find it. I am 100% sure I forgot it at the hotel. The support team told me over the phone that nothing was found in the room. My written request asking them to look for the item received no response at all. I have no idea how it could have disappeared, but the fact remains: I can no longer trust that my belongings won’t go missing during cleaning, for example. Therefore, unfortunately, I will have to stop using this hotel chain to ensure the safety of my personal belongings.
The hub was exactly what we needed, for location and access. Be aware there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the reception area is open 24hrs
