We have stayed at this London hotel previously, so this was a repeat booking. On this occasion: Good - Staff all very friendly and welcoming. No delays in checking in. Clean and organised room on a quiet floor as requested. Excellent views over the Thames and of the Shard. Complimentary instant coffee and teas on arrival and between meal services. Needs Attention and Improvement - Breakfast was most disappointing - please improve and extend range of hot food offered. Coffee served at breakfast could be higher quality. Had to request more pillows and sufficient towels for my other guest from reception.
Excellent service. Great value. The team surprised my son on his birthday by decorating the room with balloons and giving him a card and a box of chocolates! Very kind.
