Had a nice stay at Premier Inn Woking West for a family funeral. Dissapointing that the restaurant was closed although we did have a nice breakfast and the bar closed at 9pm due to some issues they are having! A big mention for the lovely girls Natalie and Tara on reception and Rosina who served the breakfast, they were all really friendly and looked after us well, thankyou x
Arrived Thursday 20th November for 7 nights. Booked in asked what time we would like dinner said 6.30 pm. No mention of the restaurant no gas for heating building or cooking. Building temperature was 10 degrees, very cold. Waited an hour for the main course we limited choice as no gas. This continues for 6 nights as we could not get a hold of the manager, staff have no answers what we thought would be a day or two fix. Is still not fixed. Closed restaurant on Wednesday 26 November. Our 7th Night so we had a good meal at the local pub. With heat. Problem was that we could not get any information from team on find the manager. This establishment should be demolished. Not a place to visit in its current form food is very poor. Short staffed with little training including the management. Tara on the front desk is the only one that seems to be customer focused. Thank you Tara you are a Star
