I recently stayed at this hotel, and I want to give special thanks to the manager, Nicholas. He is an exceptionally kind and attentive person. We had a difficult situation while looking for a place to stay, and he helped us immediately. He arranged a lovely room for us and even offered a free breakfast because I was very upset after my previous experience at another hotel. Nicholas made us feel welcome and cared for. Thanks to him, our stay turned out wonderful. He truly deserves recognition for his professionalism and warm attitude. Highly recommended!
Booked well in advance, very reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. We went to a show at the 02, just a hop on the DLR right outside to Canary Wharf station, it really couldn’t have been easier. We had a room on the 15th floor with a great view, comfy bed, clean and comfortable for a good night sleep. One niggle, after checking in we had someone open the door, then knock twice on the door asking if we were leaving despite saying we had only just checked in. Surely they know who’s checked out previously, I mean the room was made up already.
