I had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. Room was neat and clean. Comfy bed. Nice clean bathroom with hot shower. I just couldn't find the switch for exhaust fan which caused the condensation after showering. Thanks to the male receptionist who helped me open the sim card slot on my phone using his ear studs. Mc donalds was only 2 mins walk so I had my dinner and breakfast there. Overall very nice experience.
Premier Inn has always been my choice of hotels, especially when travelling. Location-close to terminal 5 was perfect as we live in Devon, staying overnight before day of travel makes so much sense…paid a little extra to check in early, most definitely worth it. Food is always good, bed was really comfy, shower was great!
