The overall stay was average - comfortable and bed and good location. However the room was absolutely freezing and housekeeping didn’t come one single time during our stay. We had to request housekeeping before noon each day, which we did. But when we got back at 5 or 6pm, housekeeping hadn’t passed. So after a whole week without housekeeping, it did not feel clean. We also we often woken up by surrounding sounds (room upstairs, neighbours, construction workers all day).
No running warm/hot water. Couldn’t check in on time (or even 2 hours afterwards). Had to clean the bathroom again ourselves. Huge water leak in the room.
