Although we booked a room with two beds, we got a large bed and a sofa that was very uncomfortable. The hotel only cleans the rooms upon request. When we asked to have the room cleaned, we returned and found it with the beds not made, the trash can not be emptied, the glasses in the room were not cleaned or replaced until after several requests. The location of the hotel is very good, close to two major metro stations and in the area with many restaurants and pubs. Overall, a very disappointing experience
Excellent hotel Great cosy beds, Fantastic location. Delicious breakfast. Will defo come back. Highly recommend. Thank u
