I appreciated the staff during my stay, the hotel's aesthetic, the 2pm late check out, and the convenient location for my plans. However, the only thing saving this review is the 50% refund I received after complaining to reception. Although they were initially hesitant, they eventually proposed this solution. Without that partial refund, my rating would be 1 out of 10. Guests should receive what they pay for, and a 4 star rating is meaningless if the property cannot even deliver basic service.
La buena atención. Tuvimos un contratiempo y supieron responder rápido
