Very disappointing experience. Our apartment was changed at the last minute from Commercial Road to Chelsea, completely disrupting our plans. The replacement apartment was of a lower standard, check-in was delayed until 5:30 PM, and we waited until 7 PM for duvets. The sofa bed was very poor quality, there was a tiny old kitchen and the room was too cold for our child to sleep in. The property offered only a £25 voucher despite all the inconvenience. I would not recommend it.
