We stayed at this apartment in London mid August and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The place is infested with bed bugs, and our children were covered in bites. What is most concerning is that the owner was clearly aware of this issue prior to our stay. After checking reviews, we found multiple earlier reports describing the same infestation: • July 3 – Eve • July 9 – Neilson • August 20 – Jan This shows that the problem has been ongoing for months, yet the property continues to be rented out without proper treatment. This situation is unacceptable for any guest. It is unsanitary, unsafe, and violates basic standards of accommodation.
This property is infested with bed bugs! The worst part is that the host was already aware of the issue. After my stay, I discovered that another guest had reported the same problem on a different platform just days before my arrival. Despite this, the host continued to rent out the property. This is completely unacceptable - avoid at all costs.
