Communication with the host was excellent from the beginning: very responsive, clear and friendly. He personally came to meet us at the agreed meeting point, gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was even better than expected. Everything was clean, well organised and easy to find. The kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathroom were immaculate, and towels were provided. Considering the price, the value for money was excellent. The location is also very convenient. The Underground is around a ten-minute walk away, including access to the Elizabeth Line, making it easy to travel around London. The neighbourhood was quiet and there are several shops nearby, including Tesco and Sainsbury’s. Communication remained excellent until the end of our stay. After we left, the host even messaged me to thank us for leaving the apartment clean, which was a very nice gesture. I genuinely have nothing negative to mention. Everything went very well from arrival to departure. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located, and the host was particularly welcoming and responsive. If we return to London as a group of three or more, whether with family or friends, I would seriously consider staying here again.
