There is no reception at all! We arrived around 9:45pm at the location, there was no hotel's name on the door and it was locked. We need to ask different passers-by to make phone calls for us. Eventually the hotel staff arrived after 11:00pm and passed on the room keys to us! There was a protest in that area which we didn't expect, and we were so worried and fear standing outside the building while we were waiting!
