The apartment is in a great central location, within easy reach of all the main attractions. However, it can be quite noisy, so better soundproofing, especially around the windows, would make a big difference. The apartment is quite small, and the narrow stairs leading to it and between the living room and bedroom make access a bit difficult. I would definitely recommend it for no more than two people. Considering the size and overall comfort, the price felt a bit high, although the location is certainly a big plus.
