Location is breathtaking
The room was clean. The neighbourhood has excellent walks and is in a very pretty area of Hertfordshire. I would rate the local walks a 10/10 - they are abundant and interesting. As a loft, the room is in the trees on one side - I personally found that pleasant, especially watching the squirrels - which we do not have in my home country. The room has a kitchenette and a comfortable chair/footstool. A note for nervous solo travelers - this would probably feel comfortingly safe. A note for independent and private solo travelers - this may not be a match.
