My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The facilities are not bad, the place is clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. Another issue was that our room was very small and had no windows. Since it was located downstairs, it felt quite claustrophobic, especially because there was no natural light or view outside. This made the room feel uncomfortable. My rating is mainly based on the hotel staff. One afternoon, while I was staying at the hotel, I started feeling unwell and was alone because my friend was on a different tour. I went to reception to ask for help, but neither of the two people working there offered me any assistance. I asked if there was a doctor nearby, but they couldn’t give me any information. What disappointed me the most was their lack of concern. I sat in the reception area for a while, and not once did they ask if I was feeling better or if I needed anything. I understand that taking care of guests’ health is not necessarily their responsibility, but I expected at least some basic kindness and concern. The following day, nobody asked how I was feeling or whether I had recovered. They also didn’t ask us how our stay had been. Overall, the lack of care and customer service, along with the uncomfortable room, made my experience disappointing.
