A traditional English house in London; the room comes fully equipped with a TV, a fan, a fridge, and a kitchen area with the necessary utensils. The accommodation staff responds to inquiries immediately—within 10 minutes—even late at night. The previous negative comments do not reflect reality.
Stayed here for a few nights in a studio apartment and overall it was a solid base for exploring West London. The location is the biggest plus — you’re right by bus stops, a short walk to Kensington (Olympia) station, and close to Shepherd’s Bush / Westfield. Holland Park itself is also very accessible. Having a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and basic cooking facilities was really useful and saved money on eating out every meal. The room was nice (typical London studio size) but clean enough when we arrived, with a comfortable bed and decent WiFi. Staff were helpful and responsive with check-in and any questions. For the price and the convenient location it worked well for us. Would stay again for a short trip if looking for something practical and central without breaking the bank.
