Hi, I booked the room for only one night to spend the night before my flight. I got a message from the hostel that told me to scan the QR code on the door to check-in (not a room number or door pin mentioned). I went there at midnight and informed them about being late to check-in. When I got there at midnight, check-in didn't work (verification code system failed to send a code to my mail.) and I was there left alone at night. Send a lot of massage through the booking.com and through WhatsApp, got no return. Someone opened the door for me when they pass by - which is also creepy. There was a sign on the reception door that says reception is only available till midnight. How do I suppose to know that and who do I speak to when I got stuck at the hall of the hostel. I did not know which room should I stay or pin to open the door. I got lucky to run into a wonderful lady to take me all the way to the airport or else I don't know what would I do in the street at midnight. Bye the way there was a couple of man standing at the door asking me is there someone to speak to - and I don't think they also found anyone to get help with their reservations. Totally was not a safe option for me could have been end up much worse - I think they should reconsider their reception policy as soon as possible.
Checkin and Checkout were quick and easy, there was relatively easy access to the Hostel and the electronic door locks worked with no problems. The internet/wifi seemed to have a good connection.
