All the staff at Hyatt House, Stratford were brilliant. We stayed here as hotel is close to ABBA arena. Concierge - very warm welcome, always smiling and went over and above arranging a taxi for us. Outstanding service! Reception - again very warm welcome, always smiling and he made 1 of our rooms available 3hrs before check-in time. We felt he wanted to be as helpful as possible. Outstanding service! Waiting Staff - All were polite, courteous and very helpful. Rooms - very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Breakfast - Outstanding, never seen so much choice. All in all the Hyatt House at Stratford is 1 of best hotels we have stayed in. We could not fault anything.
