The location was great. It’s just a 5 minute walk from Earl’s Court Underground Station. The hotel is surrounded by large hotels like the Marriott, and the entrance faces a nice hotel and restaurant, which makes the area feel very safe and secure. There are bus stops just 2 minutes away, with easy connections to many places. There is also a very large Sainsbury’s supermarket right next to the hotel, which has everything you might need. Our room was facing the large hotel and restaurant, so the view was actually very nice, both in the morning and at night. The kettle, coffee and tea provided in the room were a nice touch. Shampoo, body lotion and soap were also provided. Daily cleaning and towel changes were good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the towels were soft and felt new. Reception are is very nice. BUT…
The location is fantastic. And the staff is friendly and helpful. Lovely reception area. The rooms are functional - nothing luxurious - but for the price and location I have not found anything better.
