Location
I had booked two rooms for 4 people for a girls night away, which cost £270. When we arrived to check in, the woman asked us if we would like a room altogether (the family room).... we said yes and thought the service was lovely. I asked if there was a price difference in changing the rooms and she told us no. On returning home, i checked on booking.com how much the family room was for a saturday night and it shows £89. I have not yet received any refund weeks later for the price difference. This hotel ripped us off by making it look like they were giving us good service. I would advise to be cautious when booking here.
