I continue to be impressed with the luxury feel to HIE. The pool temp was perfect and the hot tub hot, just like it should be. Room was upgraded to a very large King Suite for our 5-day stay. Breakfast had a large selection of proteins and fruits. Clean clean clean throughout. The food items for purchase were just right.location was amazing.
I stayed in this location close to a decade ago and was excited to return because I recalled what a fantastic job they did of keeping the place clean and how kind the staff were. The staff were as I remembered but the cleaning of the room could use some adjustments.
