Une expérience très décevante : chambre non conforme et cafard Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes avec 4 couchages individuels, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons découvert une chambre trop petite avec seulement 2 lits individuels et un petit lit double. Le personnel a été extrêmement désagréable lorsque nous avons signalé le problème et n’a proposé aucune solution. Heureusement, Booking.com est intervenu pour nous permettre de changer de chambre le lendemain. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, nous avons découvert un cafard dans la salle de bain ! Là encore, le personnel a été désagréable et nous a expliqué que c’était habituel dans l’établissement à cause des canalisations. Une réponse inadmissible pour un hôtel. Aucun sens du service client, aucune considération pour les clients et des problèmes d’hygiène préoccupants. Seule intervention positive : celle de Booking.com, qui a pris notre réclamation au sérieux. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
