The room and bathroom was decent. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. The aesthetic of the interior of the hotel was beautiful, especially around the reception area, which, naturally is British Themed. I adore the Receptionist that greeted us. She was so cheerful and helpful; she understood what the definition of exceptional customer service is and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home. The other lady Receptionist in the night time was lovely too. It is only 5 minutes walk from Queensway, so it is very close to Hyde Park and places to eat/shop. Breakfast was great too.
