My room was located on the first floor near the reception, so it was a bit noisy due to other people moving around until late night (1 AM) and from early morning (7AM)
Location is excellent, close to everything Tracey who booked us in was so helpful and just lovely, offered us lots of advice of places to visit and where to eat. The hotel is slightly tucked away, the grounds/garden so lovely, we sat outside and had breakfast on the veranda and watched a squirrel running around Excellent value for money Not relevant to the hotel but Capitola, is such a lovely place, the people are so friendly. The room was big bright modern spotless and very comfortable big bed It was so lovely to have a room balcony as well
