Very friendly staff, spacious family room with comfy bed. Breakfast more than sufficient and as we had halfboard we had dinner three consecutive nights. All three evenings dinner was very good - fresh, clean and tasty. It’s beautiful located within Brentford and there are many local shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel sits right in front of a bus stop and approx 10min in bus to nearest tube station (Piccadilly line).
Breakfast was great, good choice. Location was good for where we needed to be the next day ie Mortlake Cemetry. Convenient car parking at the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were pleasant.
