Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County...

Bookings moved my reservation from Newport Oregon to Newport California. I instantly called both bookings and the Newport location who said they canceled my reservation and I would fully be refunded. I WAS NOT. And after contacting bookings and being on the phone for hours bookings refused to refund me as well. I was charged for a reservation a state and 15 hours away from where I was and for a stay I didn’t have. I was injured and it was the only reason for my need for the reservation in Newport Oregon in the first place. BAD Business! They both should be ashamed.
