I have been using this hotel for over two years due to my commute & working locally. It is located around 10 minutes walk from the town centre on the London road as well as 10 minutes from the M1 motorway. Equally the airport is around 15 minutes maximum depending on traffic. Two national rail stations are also accessible within 15 minutes walking time. A reasonably quiet area although well equipped with local shops & a petrol station across the road The hotel itself is run by a young couple who are very pleasant to deal with & as a family business. It is kept very clean,euipped with coded locks which are personaliseeld to the customer for the duration of the stay. A quiet hotel with only 22 rooms & primarily uses by commuters who work in the Luton & Dunstable area Although they no longer provide catering post the pandemic there are plenty of places around & the breakfast room is equipped with a microwave & small fridge.
