Wine, staff, bathroom
I stayed at this wonderful gem of a hotel while attending a convention at the Gaylord. It's a short 10 mins walk away. The Hercor exceeded my expectations in every way. I was greeted upon check-in with a cooled lobby, a wonderful fragrance, fresh apples, a cold bottle of water, and most importantly a genuine smile. The room was stylish in every way, and very clean. Although, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, there was access to those in a secure cafe area 24/7. The bed and pillows were the MOSSST comfortable I have ever had. I travel the world and rank this hidden gem at my favorite. Thank you Elva, Evelyn, Cecelia, Eduardo and Emie. You ran the front desk with excellence, during all shifts.
