The Watermill Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western · Hemel Hempstead

The hotel is clean , comfortable and attractive. The beds are comfortable and we had a large room. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is conveniently near, but not too near, the M25 junction 20. It is by an attractive waterway and the staff of are particularly attentive and welcoming. We have stayed there twice, once over Christmas, and I commend the mince pies. They do a fantastic breakfast and nothing is too much trouble for ' Shawn' and his staff. The same staff have looked after us on each occasion, which was reassuringly familiar when we arrived for our second stay. A good experience!
