• Terrible Check-in: Arrived at 4 PM to a locked office. Had to call just to get our key card. • Broken Heating: First room was freezing. A staff member who spoke no English couldn't fix it, so we had to change rooms. • Useless Shower: The hotel is old and uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was a weak trickle—impossible to wash. • Dangerous Safety Hazard: At night, a heater panel fell off with a loud crash, exposing a burning gas flame. • Bad Management: The worker blamed the issues on it being the "off-season." If you can't maintain the rooms, don't sell them. Avoid this place. It is poorly run, run-down, and unsafe.
