I didnt get to stay there! The place was fully booked and I am still waiting on a refund from this service. Zero plans to ever use booking.com again.
The hotel was completely booked! we drove 2 hours to Reno after making the reservation through Booking.com, we were told at the hotel was fully booked and there were no rooms available, after spending an hour looking for another room, we had to drive home after midnight. My Fiance was not happy! when I tried to get a refund from booking.com I was given the run around and treated very poorly by the representatives. I will never do business with Booking.com!
