Friendly front desk associate.
We left before breakfast so no score there. After reading the poor reviews, we were reluctant to stay here but the other CBX airport hotels were full. That said, we were pleasantly surprized by the kind check-in, decent parking and the room was much better than we expected. Easy nights sleep, bathroom was clean, water pressure and hot water were both just fine.
