This is being contested with my credit card. I booked the place that night and got there an hour later. When I got there the office was closed and there were phones with instructions to call if the office was closed. But no one answered. I called bookings but they gave me another number to call for extended America. By the time I actually got a hold of someone, they said, “sorry your reservation is canceled because you came too late, but we are still going to charge you for the room. Then they asked if I wanted to book another room (it’s now 1:30AM”. I said “how can I do that, there is no one here and your phones don’t work!” They told me, all they can do is book another room but they can’t help with the office problem. So, extended Stay is off the list for me.
The motel worker was extremely nice and helpful
