I’ve been staying at this Hilton for the past 10 years was one of my favorites to stay at Sedona. They are now charging for parking, which is kind of the norm across the country now in Hilton, which is very disappointing after paying more than $350 for a room for the night. But now they want you to use an app to pay for parking. I parked about 300 yards from the front desk and I started using the app as I walked to the front desk. They had me checked in before I was finished. It was not easy to use. There signs all over at the front desk saying that you had to pay for parking the front desk. The person a the front desk told me I had to login to the Wi-Fi to make it work. This is very annoying after a long day of travel, you have to pay for parking with an app, why can’t they just charge you to the room? I’m a pilot and go to many Hilton‘s around the world. This is the first, I will be looking for other hotels to stay in other than Hilton if they’re gonna have to use an app to pay for parking , it’s bad enough if they’re charging for parking as it is, it’s very disappointing.
