Built at the site of the original railroad depot, the Plaza Hotel & Casino has been part of Las Vegas history since opening in 1971. Located in Downtown Las Vegas at the beginning of the Fremont Street Experience, the Plaza combines a vintage Rat Pack attitude with modern styling. The property has refurbished guest rooms and added amenities, including rooftop pickleball courts. It offers a casino floor, a lounge-style sportsbook, and dining options led by Oscar's steakhouse.
Very friendly staff, the location at the end of Fremont St.. you can't beat that. You walk right outside and you're there. Pop up Pizza, delicious. Pinkbox donuts, delicious. Hash Hash a Go Go, delicious. The rooms and hotel are a bit dated but that kind of thing does not bother me. I thoroughly enjoyed the in house bingo as well.
