Lovely hotel with professional, friendly staff. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and a delight to stay in. Restaurant and bar were consistently very good. The location is perfect for navigating around the city.
Location was great for our needs. Staff generally very good but one or two reception staff need to show a little more professionalism, especially patience and once comitting to "come back to you" failed to do so. That is not good enough.Breakfast was a disappointment really compared to other hotels of same quality we have stayed at. Asked for a quiet room and that was allocated, so great on that request.
