They were able to give us a downstairs room due to me being handicap they were so nice about it. The room was okay the beds were comfortable. We traveled with dogs and the cost for each one was the lowest we have ever had. My husband enjoyed the breakfast he likes Pancakes. We only stayed one night but the price of the room and the staff was worth it. By the way the price of the room was great. We have a daughter that lives in anderson and when we need a place to stay we know where to go.
This location had become a major disappointment, I got the king suite with Jacuzzi tub,and the pullout couch is so old and I did not have a mattress, after complaining about it having no mattress they brought me two rollaway’s that were basically just springs. I wouldn’t even have my dog sleep on! Damage was already done to the room, and they kept my deposit stating that my child drew on the table when it was already in fact destroyed everything is outdated! The staff is very rude and very inconsiderate I do not recommend this place until they get new management new staff upgrade furniture for the price you pay. It’s definitely not worth any penny of it. Extremely disappointed will never recommend to anybody! They downgraded their breakfast! Basically none of their amenities work or have issues of some kind. The TV didn’t even have any channels. The Wi-Fi did not work so many issues and they did not accommodate any of them instead gave major attitude!
