When I arrived at check in I received a key, I went to the room and the key didn’t work so I called the front desk and they insisted I come back down to get. Replacement key instead of sending a staff member up with the replacement . I had to haul all my bags back down and also wait in line again which took over 30 minutes. I received a second key and the same thing. I waited in line for a second time for 10 minutes. All this caused me to be late to event
Location was great, staff was nice as well.
