I stayed here for 4 nights with my teenage daughter for a mid week break I couldn't fault the service and found the reception staff to be extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and tidy with air con in the room which was great during the heatwave! Would definitely recommend close to Oxford Street and 5 min walk to nearest tube station 🚉
Stayed in a basement bedroom. The room smelled of damp, doors were not draft proof and chair legs were mouldy. Would not recommend.
