The closeness to the beach.
(+) Location was amazing. Couple minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants on Mission Blvd and Pacific Beach (+) Staff was pleasant during check in and out and they were able to accommodate my request to be on the ground level (+) The room was clean and included a small kitchenette with a mini fridge (+) Parking- I was able to park literally a couple steps from my room door and it made such a difference, especially traveling solo with a dog. (+) Pool looked clean and was lively (+) Pet friendly
