I had a very bad experience at the property..firstly we checked in night at 1130..n they provided us a room which was connected to other room and the lock was not working and we spoke to the staff and they changed the room n then they provided a room with no lights in the room and when we informed them they told us u can complaint to the booking.com and ask for the refund..you may leave the hotel otherwise stay without lights..how come i can go on the roads at 12 in the night..this was a total harrassment for the tourist in a different country..also you have chared me for the breakfast room n they did not even served that too..i was literally feeling like a hell..it was a mentally torture to us
