Pool. Sauberkeit. Freundlichkeit. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Gutes Frühstück. Ruhige aber zentrale Lage.
When we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait for it to be prepared. The reception staff actually gave us the key to an uncleaned room! The room itself wasn't bad, but it hadn't been cleaned properly. At breakfast the next morning, there wasn't enough food, and the staff were unhelpful and slow. I’ve never experienced anything like this before; I don't usually fuss over every little detail, but I didn't feel comfortable here. That’s just my assessment—it doesn't mean you won't have a good experience. I wish you all the best.
